If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support, and we will do our best to help you! We have a 30-day return policy and a 15-day store credit policy on mugs, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or 15 days to request a store on mugs
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@mysticalcherry.com. So just tell us what went wrong and send along a pic. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and are a final sale, like our graphic and wearable art shirts, mugs, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), promotional giveaways, free gifts, giveaways, digital products and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items over 15% OFF, clearance, final sale or gift cards.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
If a custom-printed item has flaws in the printing or material, please contact us at Info@tigerboltz.com within 7 days from the receipt of the Merchandise. Send us a picture showing the issue, and we'll work with you on a solution that may involve a replacement order or a refund back to your original payment method.

2. Can I cancel my order?
We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 12 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 12 hours of purchase that have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been processed and shipped.
3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and send us a picture, so we can make it right.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
We do offer exchanges. If for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know, and we’ll get you a new one.
